Time Confirmation - All online bookings made through our online platform are subject to time confirmation and availability by 1300 Geeks. Our team will reach out to you to confirm the booking time, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. While we strive to accommodate your preferred time, we may need to adjust it based on our scheduling and technician availability.
Rescheduling/ Refund - However, in cases where your chosen time slot is unavailable, our team will reach out to find an alternative appointment time. At 1300 Geeks, we understand that things can come up unexpectedly, and you may need to cancel your IT support appointment. To ensure we can continue to provide our services efficiently, we have a cancellation policy in place. This policy outlines our expectations for cancellations and the associated fees.
Cancellation We require a minimum of '4 hours' notice for cancellations of IT support appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. You can reach us by phone or email, and we will confirm your cancellation. Full Refunds will be provided for prepaid appointments with reasonable cancellation notice.
No Show - If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, we will consider it a "No Show." In this case, we will charge a $50 Callout Fee to cover the time and expenses incurred by our team in preparing for your appointment. No show fee will be added to your account and payable by the invoice due date
Exceptions - We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will consider each case individually. If you have a valid reason for your cancellation or no show, such as a medical emergency, we will waive the fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any such circumstances.
Payment - Failure to pay due invoices may result in account progress for recovery actions.
